If you work for one of our preferred employers, such as Micron, local hospitals, and more, we'll waive your administrative fee, just for doing the work you already do.
How It Works
Claiming your benefit is simple. Just let our leasing team know where you work when you schedule a tour or submit an application, and we'll take it from there.
