At Columbia Village, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Boise! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, youre more than welcome.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Columbia Village offers multiple parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day in Boise is even easier. Parking options include garages for rent, covered reserved carports, or free range uncovered parking, and range in price from $25 TO $100/month.
Everything you need is right here at Columbia Village. Boasting a 24-hour fitness facility, resident clubhouse, coffee bar, a soothing pool complete with a spa, and so much more, your new home is equipped with all the spaces that make Boise living so much better. Columbia Village is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!
At Columbia Village, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, fridge, and so much more.

Our applications take 3 TO 5 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
At Columbia Village, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
Our Renters Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the Renters Insurance policy at Columbia Village, please contact our leasing office!
For internet and cable providers you can use any provider, however we are equipped for SPARKLIGHT keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet!
If your situation changes, we require a 60 day notice and 2-month termination fee.
At these Boise apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with Idaho Power, using the online service at https://www.idahopower.com/
At Columbia Village, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Columbia Village, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent)
Past rental qualification is at least 2 YEARS of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.
Our property uses Screening Works Pro to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.
Columbia Village provides the support of a full-service management company with all the modern conveniences that the industry offers. COLUMBIA VILLAGE offers unrenovated, renovated, and upgraded units, ready to provide your next new home! We make sure everything is cleaned and services so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of BOISE CITY, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.
Columbia Village is within walking and driving distance to Albertsons and Columbia Marketplace meaning you can easily pick up fresh groceries on your way home or enjoy a day with friends surroinded by excellent retail!
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
Columbia Village does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.
Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited
We want COLUMBIA VILLAGE to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
When signing the lease you will pay the prorated rent and any additional deposits and rentable items prorated as well. Call our leasing team to discuss the up-front costs in further depth!
